FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Things you might not know about us:

  • I don't have a PayPal account! Can I still place an order? Unfortunately at present, we cannot accept payment from any other means. We are exploring secure ways to process payments by other methods.
  • Can you send the gift or card I'm buying direct to its recipient? Absolutely - if both you and the person it's for are in the same country, all you need to do is include their details in the shipping address. We can even add a little note if you leave those details in the checkout process. Ideal for anonymous Valentine cards!
  • I want something in a different colour/style to the ones you have listed. Can you make one for me? We are always happy to do custom and bespoke orders. Simply contact us via email, phone or SMS to tell us what you'd like. We then discuss further with you, checking the materials we have in stock at present. We wil also let you know when it would be ready, or if there is a small nominal fee for making up (usually only applicable if materials have gone up in price or if it's a rush job!)
  • Do you giftwrap? Yes, we do a simple giftwrap on all items ordered. For orders for more than one item, they will be wrapped together as one package, then securely packed again for postage/shipping. If you would like multiple items from the same order wrapped individually with pretty pink tags, please add the 'extra giftwrap' option at checkout.
